Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and organized Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing team in digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, video production, email marketing, content creation, and content management. This is a fully remote, part-time position offering flexibility and the opportunity to build a strong portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and manage posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube. Monitor engagement and interact with audiences.

  • Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot). Track open rates, click-through rates, and report analytics.

  • Video Production:
    Film and edit promotional videos, social media reels, webinar clips, and educational content.
    Manage YouTube uploads with optimized SEO practices (tags, titles, thumbnails).

  • Content Creation: Write blog posts, newsletters, website updates, and promotional copy aligned with brand voice.

  • Graphic Design Support: Create graphics using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator for social media, emails, and presentations.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze the performance of marketing and video content, offering improvement suggestions.

  • SEO & Website Support: Assist in optimizing blogs, videos, and website content for SEO best practices.

  • Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and research audience trends to inform strategy.


Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Film/Media Production, or related field.

  • Experience with social media content creation and video editing (class projects/internships acceptable).

  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and SEO basics.

  • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.

  • Self-starter who is organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

  • A passion for learning and development or professional training industries is a plus.
