Service Description

At HMA Consulting Group, our Public Relations Service is built to elevate your brand’s voice and ensure the right people are listening. Cancellation Policy

All consultations, training sessions, and speaking engagements must be booked at least 7 days in advance to allow adequate preparation. Clients may request bookings via our website, email, or direct contact with a representative. Confirmation of bookings is subject to availability and receipt of payment or signed agreement, as applicable. 2. Payment Terms A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for services exceeding $1,000. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled service. Payments must be made via credit/debit card, ACH transfer, or approved electronic payment methods. Late payments may result in cancellation or rescheduling of services at our discretion. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Client-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund, minus processing fees. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the service date are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future booking within 30 days. HMA-Initiated Cancellations: If HMA Consulting Group LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. 4. No-Show & Late Arrivals Clients who fail to attend a booked service without prior notice will forfeit any payments made. If a client is more than 15 minutes late to a session, the service may be shortened to maintain the schedule. 5. Service Adjustments & Customization Requests for service modifications (e.g., additional participants, extended time) must be made at least 48 hours in advance and may result in additional fees. 6. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property All training materials, presentations, and consulting strategies provided remain the intellectual property of HMA Consulting Group LLC and may not be duplicated or shared without prior written consent. Client information is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. By booking with HMA Consulting Group LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
